Zummit.com will be under no liability to users and businesses or service providers in respect of any loss or damage (including consequential loss or damage) which may be suffered or incurred or which may arise directly or from the accuracy of your Business Site Listing with Zummit.com. Zummit.com makes no warrant for any inaccuracies that may occur to your listing with Zummit.com or the claims made against you with respect of those inaccuracies.

A real business
You agree that the information you supply Zummit.com with about yourself and your Business is true and accurate in representation of a real Business.

One listing per Business
You acknowledge and understand that only one Business site is permitted per registered business.

Inactive Business
You also agree that if your Business account becomes inactive for more than 12 months and you do not respond to our communication your access and account will become inactive and removed from the site automatically.

Operating an honest Business and or Service
Zummit.com is dedicated to actively promoting the best businesses and service providers. You agree and understand that your Business Account is entrusted to you in good faith that you continue to manage and operate a reputable business that will contribute honestly and fairly in all dealings associated with Zummit.com, its visitors and other listed businesses and associated affiliates.

Activation
You agree and understand that once you have activated your Business Account by listing your business with Zummit.com you are bound by the terms and conditions of this document.

De-activate/Cancellation of listing
To deactivate or cancel your showcase you will need to provide Zummit.com with a written request to remove your business listing. This precaution is to protect your showcase from unauthorized removal.

Zummit.com reserves the right to remove without warning your business listing at any time at its own discretion. Reasons for removal may include but not limited to, criminal activity or charges, unprofessional dealings, dishonest and inappropriate conduct, fraudulent or bad credit, going into receivership or declaring bankrupt, unlawful acts, offensive or abusive behavior. Failing to pay tax invoices. Providing inaccurate or misleading information or using this site in ways other than the way that it is intended.

Password Security
Sharing your password with others is not a good idea, or permitted as this could lead to loosing control of your business account and allow unauthorised people access. Please protect your listing by changing your password regularly and not revealing it to others.
